• Where is the store based?

• What is your disclaimer policy?

  ALL requests will be considered. I have the right to refuse a request at any given time. Upon a chance that payment has occurred after the refusal is given, a documented refund will be issued. I am under NO obligation to take your case.

  I can’t guarantee results. Not only will I not guarantee results, I legally cannot guarantee results. By law I am required to say that all spells and divinations cast are curios only. Spells take time. Be patient and your results will come through.

  My site is intended for those of legal age, which in the U.S.A. is 18 years old.

  If you need medical advice, please seek out a physician or trained herbalist. I will not offer medical or herbal advice.

• How do you take payment? Do you accept trades or barter?

  Payment is made either in person (cash or credit card) or online here. I do NOT accept payments over the phone or personal checks.

  Other payment arrangements such as money orders, barters, or trades can be made upon a case-by-case basis but the answer is almost always no. Depending on the emergency or long-term care, payment schedules can be made.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes! Absolutely! Contact me so I can help make your wish come true.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Online tarot and divination orders will be sent out in up to 4 business days from purchase.

  For physical orders, once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely!

• Who pays custom or import fees?

  The customer does.

• Don't you have an Etsy shop too?

  Yes! This Crooked Crown (thiscrookedcrown.etsy.com) is still going strong. I opened a Storenvy location so my services can help even more people! Same great services and products but now available in two locations.

• Is everything on your Etsy store also available here on Storenvy?

  Yes and no. Ideally, all of the fan favorites, collections, and always-in-stock items will be in both locations. Some products will be exclusive to a store location but I can always custom make something for you!

• Do you teach lessons? Host workshops? How much will it cost me? What are the requirements?

  Yes. I do take both students and apprentices. I also will occasionally host workshops or hold workshops during events when invited. Prices will vary for both.

  However, I am not currently taking online students. I am setting up a platform for classes online.

• Do you do parties? Do you travel? Will you meet me?

  Yes on all accounts. I do read for parties and I also cast group spells upon request. Travel is no issue for me but I may require some travel expenses.

  I also do meet-ups, conventions, balls, and other events. If I’m traveling in an area, I tend to post it ahead of time so I can plan general meet ups.

• Do you do phone readings?

  I do not do readings over the phone. I feel that my clients are served better by either in person readings or through the internet. There are no exceptions.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
